Another 1725 Tera Server (p5y10 release modified exe)

Hi folks!


Yeah, I know, 1725 it's a very old server, but by now it's the only partially emulated version.


I just made a couple of tweaks in P5y10's code (again; great work man, thanks!). Everything else it's as good as p5y10 did it.


The tweaks;


In the launcher, I just made the "Login" and "Play" button the default. So just input your user and password and press twice Enter to begin the game. Yes, a fairly simple modification, but very useful if you're opening this window many times.


In the GameServer; now you can delete your characters (in SQL level, so they'll never come back), and I made one big modification in the close-combat system. It's like I explained in the "Development" forum. Please, read that post because I don't think this mod will appeal to everyone.


Mainly the combat system it's the reason I share this modifications. I think now it's more enjoyable because there's no more "air hitting" in front the enemies. Well, I love it!


Just replace the exes in the p5y10 installations (Gameserver to server folder and tclauncher client folder). Remember DO A BACKUP before overwriting.

No, you need exactly the same files and folders you need to execute Tera in a 1725 private offline server. This both files just replace the existing ones.

You have to start the server,start the authentification login and then the login server. You'll find all necessary in p5y10 git, just download it and replace the files I released.

I don't know. You can sell items, I didn't try to buy nothing.

These are the things aren't working;

- NPS statics.
- Some quests requiere to do some actions not implemented (i.e. "charm in the bonefire").
- You can't equip crystals.
- The user bar resets each time you change the character.
- Teleports.

These are working;

- Almost every quest I find.
- Pegasus-flight to any map.
- The combat skills.

Ok, I just tested it and I bought one random item and a couple of new swords in two merchants (already equipped). I really don't know what kind of "shops" are you talking about...

MetisC, can you fix the archer or mage long range combat sistems? because if u aim to somewhere else, it still can hit the enemies and it's not good.
