DO you know what configurations I should change in my host or vm so that I can connect to the vm while on my host? I can visit the signup page (192.168.145.129:81/reg while inside the vm. But I cannot access it when I am on my host.

It worked. I want to make an account GM but cannot find the database "accountdb_2800" in the SSMS. Is it under one of the folders - Tables? I don't see any with the same name.
If i'm not wrong the account you create is GM, just enter the commands.Quote:

I think problem is flash .swf file in "S1UI_QuestJournal.gpk" at "\TERA\S1Game\CookedPC\Art_Data\Packages\S1UI".
Maybe that file can be replaced with similar file from client 92.04 or some version that is close to 92.03.
Also there is an interesting program that can modify Tera UI files to be GPU processed instead of CPU: https://github.com/neowutran/S1UI_GPU I didn't see any change on my PC, but it could be useful for somebody how has far better gpu than cpu.
