Use the ResourceHacker and edit the your IP on launcher as is in the image, use the launcher that is on client.

Dude, i just rename the launcher for launcher_tw.exe
Do as in the image and use the second client launcher...
Only 19.

I have all my server up and running, but when I try running the client launcher, I can't get it to launch to enter server. I did use the resource hacker and edit #19.
let me know how to turn off tera speed hack checker not admin command
The Megaupload received notification, so they removed the links

There's nothing to "fix". You'll need to make your own eShop API.
