In my case he is in C:\Users\Administrator...
Now try using grailswstart.bat again, it works fine for me.

im using the default files, didn't touch the ports, opened those ports but i cant connect! i guess it's an ip config maybe!!!!!
if you want connect with your server from external IP (your static IP) then go to servelist.xml insert there your external IP (your static IP)
then make sure you have same IP in launcher.
port: 80 or 81 used for register
port 8080 used for login
port 7801 used to connect with game server (allow to connect with the server and enter to game)
I came across a very interesting problem. Everything works fine, the virtual machine works. I connect locally to the virtual machine - it works too.
Configured server IP in Launcher and connect via external IP - also works.
BUT, when you click to play - an error appeared. Earlier here laid out the Russian version of the Launcher, I replaced the files - Launcher remained with the old textures. Where does it take them? I have no idea + I change the IP to an external IP for a registration button, but it still goes to the local address.
Where do I look?

If you connect from static IP, check that your router is correctly port forwarding ports to the correct local IP and that the server has firewall disabled or correct rules set for UDP on 7801 and TCP for 8080.
Well... actually the problem is not with the ports, because the router is set to DMZ to the host

everything works now. I just forwarded only registration port. I'll attach a screenshot if anyone needs it.
