I cant understand what some of you doing the whole VM is ready to run, but if you do not run something in proper way or you not wait till CMD window will say *server ready* then you get the problem.
If you don't have perseverance and patience then this community isn't the right place for you.
We all have tested multiple TERA servers for many years.
For longtime members it doesn't really matter how long the download will take.
The main thing is that it works.

I have installed the vm yesterday. Changed the Network-Settings in VM-System and Config for connecting my LAN.
No big problems. I think, I will install it on my big machine with 64/128GB instead on my little machinewith only 32GB.
More RAM makes your VM faster.
I have installed VM on Dedicate machine with 288 GB ram VM set to 128GB ram.
second one is on my PC with 32GB but to make works him better i just expand page file to make works this VM better.
I still have 64GB RAM on my desk, but I am to lazy to pull off my big CPU-Cooler for installing the RAM, now.
This is the reason why I wrote 64/128. 64 installed and 64 in spare.
I got the same error with LogServer. First, I thought this was Login-Server.
You are right. You don't need the Log-Server when you play alone. Data-grave.

I have made changes in Launcher with Resource Hacker.
Login works correct, but I have some problems to start the game.
I get Error 65520(1021).
I believe that some files are corrupted. I have got some errors while decompress the client-files.
I have used Winrar and 7Zip.

First use 7zip then use winrar to unrar :)
@shadow66 Thank you for making this wonderful release! This works fine on my laptop with 32 GB of RAM. Can you please tell me how to add premium currency to your account?
If you mean tikats its /@makeitem 139005 [amount]
If you mean for the VIP shop its /@add_vip_token [amount]
If you mean shop currency you need to do it via the shop admin panel. Add your account and add balance.
But to use the commands you either need to run the server proxy for QA commands or have QAserver enabled.
all of this things can be done from WEB Api without switch server to qamode = true

Is there any current guides for the game client to launch? I downloaded it from your initial link but when i start it up, it says to start it with a launcher that i can not find in the files.
If you download client from torrent so there is no launcher but if you download from mediafire so there is launcher in main game folder

now for changing the ip on the client. i am seeing the server name of invincible showing, but when i click it nothing happens. do i change the ip of the launcher to the 192.168.4.84 ip or to my local? or am i needing to change the tera.exe as well?

yes put there your IP that one what your VM get.
to connect with the server don't forget change IP in MySQL database teraapi
All works fine now. Also TERA-Shop. How can i get gold without grinding?
I don't find any tables about inventory in the "Database".
