Tera DataCenter Tools Src - modified to read DataCenter ENG+GER of Client v3104

Hey Guys !

i managed to got the old DataCenter Tools working with the new DataCenterFiles from the Client rev.3104. (released by mangojoe see his Thread: https://forum.ragezone.com/f797/rele...d-eur-1064404/)

Its possible to access all the Data, but not all of the Parsers work correctly, because some structure changes in the new Client.

German + English Datacenter File is working, simply copy the File in the root of the built program and select the correct menuitem. the French File will NOT work.

Feel free to modify the source update/write Parser or do anything other ! But PLEASE release it too, if u got any nice progress :)
