I think he's still out of luck, even downloading through a Torrent bro, unless he uses a seedbox, it will take 11 days to download a 30 GB file @ 256kbps it's insane lol
Possible He can give Enmasse's launcher his TERA 71 folder, and start recheck, or possible can do it in GameForge's launcher...
@narcis96 i had download the client from its offical site and install it.
and i use the Launcher_NA(USA)_DE_FR_KR_UK(EUR) ,but it not well.i run the TeraStarter.cmd and TeraStarter.exe are all not work.

you cant use official launcher for p-server...
manifest file errors are when theres a problem, on connection..
search google for tera-launcher manifest error there is enough help out there for that problem...

check out what encryption the p-server you try uses for account login...
as i know tera servers use all MD5 set the options to Encryption(true) + "md5"
use (web) authorization (false)
insert TERA Revision like "4500"
and there you go...
launcher doesnt use web auth > starts game.. till server selection...
here it uses the Encryption or not to connect to GameServer
