Re: Tera level 100 version
@Muggus Also you can just use my toolbox with crypto fix, all modules in Get More Mods for p92 already ported for 100.02.
But I would not like to downgrade electron to an older version, so need to recompile the crypto libraries.

Unfortunately, your toolbox has a packet hashing problem:
I think, it uses tera_network_crypto_85.node with wrong hashing.

Tried with both the Steam client and the client that is from the OP topic and nothing happens when the name check passes. I get the errors when the name is invalid, but nothing when it's a good name. NO ONE can create a guild. nothing shows up in Arbiter or any MSSQL logs, world console/logs, etc.
I'm out of options. Please if anyone has anything i can check.
the problem you have is this, the first character you make, for whatever reason cannot make a guild as the system thinks your in a guild, i am not sure to why or what, but if you make another char on the same account you can make a guild with it, but that very first char seems to be bound to something i have so far been unable to trace.

That makes sense considering twice now after reinstalling, the very first character I make spawns in Velika.
Thank you so much for clarifying this.

1. Run the server on QA mode
2. Run the command /@create_many_guilds 5
3. Run the command /@create_guild [guild-name] [first-username]
4. /gdisband
5. Create a new guild using the game UI
Tried this, still nothing. It did create the 5 guilds though, I was able to using the /@create_guild and set my friend as the leader and then disbanded. We tried (both of us) creating the guild using the UI and nothing happened. even created a second regular account with a character and tried, nothing. Not a single player can create a guild using the UI, but GM's can create them using /@create_guild

Are you using the VM? On my side I don't, and I got no issues about Velika TP on my first character.
Same for guild I could create one with my very first char on first account with a second account I just made..

The ID for reward points is 20000021 which would need to be added. Similarly, it would need to added into various compensation worksheets (or maybe the easiest is the WorldDrop[Small/Medium/Large]MonsterData.xml datasheets in CompensationData). I'm not sure if this works for all the other VIP account benefits, or if it is specifically for benefit 33 (TERA Rewards).
If you search for Compensation type="vipexp" templateId="20000021", you will find the commented out EME section for some of the other VG's in EventMatching.xml

You can disable completely or change the amount of days. I know that when testing on 92.03, I was able to create a Name Change voucher, and it overrode the server setting where I could immediately reuse a deleted name (haven't tried testing this in 100.02 yet).
Another part of the character deletion:
Additionally in ServerConfig.xml, the character deletion timer can be changed (amount of hours plus level that kicks in) or disabled completely.
<DeleteUser expireHour1="0" expireHour2="72" deletionSectionClassifyLevel="5" />
Deleting a level 11 character takes 72 hours so I believe the "5" is the level that triggers the longer delay time (expireHour2 versus immediate with expireHour1).
Re: Tera level 100 version
Worthwile note:
Enabling Dreadspire crashes the server. Seems the dungeon template data files are missing for it.

No, using the regular server.
Re: Tera level 100 version
hi, although this question is stupid, I still want to ask, is this the format of encapsulating dat?
novadrop-dc\novadrop-dc repack DataCenter_Final_RUS DataCenter_Final_RUS.dat --compression Optimal --decryption-key 1C01C904FF76FF06C211187E197B5716 --decryption-iv 396C342C52A0C12D511DD0209F90CA7D
I encapsulate according to the tool's knowledge, but always error

I wonder if theirs an easy way to add it into all vanguards, the IOD ones ive got doesn't seem to have the VIP reward even after uncommenting the ones you suggested.

You need to manually add it, ex

Re: Tera level 100 version
So I was able to assign my guild a skycastle with the /@assign_floating_castle command, but the assets arent there like in 92.03. I have no actual question, since I havent gone down the rabbit hole yet. But here's a screenshot for the hell of it! :)

Sorry, the commented out one is for the battlefield VG's. I was going to upload the modified XML once I finished testing it out. But as per argeus99's post, you need to add that to the other VG's in the file (no easy way since the specific VG's aren't documented well in that file). I'm also not sure if folks want the original EME experience (in which I cannot remember all of the different ways reward points could be earned). All of the IoD bam ones can be found searching for the token ID's I mentioned in the original post or if you hang on for a few days, I should have an XML of it available for download.

I was going to go down that rabbit hole since I wanted to try to replace the default sky castle look with varying grades. I see you went a little bit further with the guild assigning command. And did they actually remove the assets (which is why they no longer display despite the setting in FloatingCastle.xml still being set to true)? That would be mind blowing since Bluehole has been the king of leaving so much assets abandoned in place (plus it makes no sense since Nakatam Tower is still there and utilizes those same assets plus the the top and wings).
Speaking of removed assets, they did remove the old Island of Dawn ones from the ATW art package (ugh!!!!) with v97 (64-bit upgrade). So I've been trying to get the assets from v115 for the Island of Glowing Dawn instance to work in place of the ATW_Death ones to get back the classic look, and am hitting a dead end (I thought we could have our cake, and eat it too....)
Edit: the assets still seem to be in place for the sky castles in each zone. The following is the Velika sky castle asset (seems like something else is disabling their loading in 100.02 since "true" is set for both the FloatingSkycastle.xml on the server, and in the DC).

Re: Tera level 100 version
Ok those of you who are creating Guilds, please tell me WHICH MSSQL Server version you're using. I did stumble across an error that didn't appear in the console and I missed in my initial scan of the logs.
