me starts all of this in "super administrator" mode without active UAC
I disable UAC that all will run as should but i suspect that something is missing in fresh windows instalation.
so maybe missing some C++ redistribute installation.
Ok guys here is how I did them works
VM - Installed
Windows 10 ROG edition 21H2 <- Important do not update Windows.
MSSQL - 2019 Developer edition change password for sa account enable tcp/ip for MSSQL and change login to mixed mode
Node
Python26 + update Lib
add Path only for node and Python26 and Python26/script
change IP in config_arb_gw.txt
then change IP in Deployment
after all change IP with Laragon in teraapi db -server_info
last step was change IP in Launcher
and boom all work perfect.

Yes you can remove it in datasheets. I don't remember exactly what I did for that tho.

For enable Channelworks in the Vanguard Request, place the following files into server/clientTake as example one that already exist, then replicate it both server/client side
I will make a tutorial step by step this week
Here's a proof that channelworks can be enabled
Also, make the following changes in the EventMatching.xml server side
Enable Event id="2109" and Event id="92109" to make it works

Someone tried to change the type of party size for dungeon? I tried to change CM (commander residence) for make possible to enter with a 5 size party.
I changed the matching role/removed the limit days and added the strings:
<Condition type="party" value="1" />
<Condition type="maxMemberCount" value="5" />
<Condition type="levelOver" value="70" />
But the boss not spawn and the number show on vg is 20 for party. There some line i need to disable like for for channelworks buffcheck event. ty.

Jusat changing the number for party size will not work in some dungeons as there are dungeon events that are setup for a specific amount of players to be there.
Like Bahaars Sanctum. You cna change party size to 1, but the door opening event will still expect there to be 5 players.
