Dont use 127.0.0.1 use IPV4 Address in cmd open cmd type ipconfig and look for IPV4 Address and use that if not use ur global ip.

Nop the filles are working fine and the commands to I did not tested all of them but they are working

Quick fix for the ones ho are having java problems "just instal the server in local disk D:/" not in other location the pack already have java installed but java path is in "D:/ " so you need to install in D:/ that is all.
