You can download a already preinstalled virtual machine with the server. You cna check here:

If you use those all you need is to download, use VMplayer to launch the virtual machines, start the server stuff and you cna start playing.

WebApp in this release assumes the use of the Steer Server for login auth. However, you can use WebApp separately (as in version 100.02) by installing a included patch. Which level are you and your partner?
Which zone are you leveling at?
Did you modified the server files?
Record a video if possible to make more easier to understand you.

I tried a few creatures, I guess the problem is because they are low lvl creatures.
so my problem. they work pretty well.
