[WIP] Tera Xml Tools

Tera Xml Tools is a desktop software designed for Windows that allows users to easily read Tera's Datacenter and Server XML files. While it currently only support reading these files, I have plans to add editing features in the future.

How to use
1. Download and install .NET Desktop Runtime: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0
2. Download the TeraXmlTools: https://gitlab.com/outlanderzor/tera...ols/-/releases
3. Update the server and client folders in the appsettings.json;

It's current state its really janky, but I just wanted to get it out to see if there's any interest.
