Need help change ip latest tera file server

i want to make server with my public ip online with my friend
anyone got some quick tutorial for it ?
since i found out the launcher is ip lock to 192.168.1.100

I'm new to Terra server and I can't search forum so I have to ask what file on the server are we editing to change IP ?

Changing both string 19 - 20 scraw the launcher
So you say only string num 19 then ?
