You mean Guardian LEgion missions? There is a map toggle to turn them on or off showing on the map, also they arent always active if I remember correctly (Been a while).
You jsut need to see if you get an announcement in world saying Guardian Mission starting.

There are prompts for running tasks, no blue balls and red balls, no monsters flying!
