You get it as soon as it's out and since you pick which group you want to get it from also get quality you want.
ie. OneManga would normally use Sleepyfan for the the big 3 since they are fastest released but they have sh*t quality, whereas you could just get it from other scanlators at slight reduced speed (1 day max) but much better quality.
