One Piece is currently over a year between anime and manga and for a few reasons it won't catch up.
One Piece has very few fillers as it stands because the content within the manga is far closer to 1:1 with anime episodes compared to Bleach/Naruto which are at least 2:1. Also that it seems they prefer the anime to take a month Hiatus than create fillers.
OP has around a 10:1 ratio of episodes:filler.
Naruto has around a 2:1 ratio when compared.
Not to mention around half of the OP fillers are just placed flashback episodes I'd say.

Ehh, I dropped Bleach after Aizen. I couldn't handle any more DUMB, STUPID, BORING side episodes.
tbh...Bleach is the first anime i watched and is the reason why i started to watch animes.....so if they end...ima be sad...but hoping they restart it at some point!

Well this was.... weird.
It all resumes to the manga. If the manga gets a high selling rating, they'll make another season. If it's average. Well... maybe... maybe not.

calm your panties, They'll wait for the manga to be over. Then they will do what most company do and release those chapters as OVA.
But usually the OVAs are short and miss half the story... I guess we'll see what happens.
