This is in the last episode in the end, isn't it? or was it after? And I think we can all assume it's him but we can't really say that because there was no actual evidence or explanation I think.

If you follow the story and keep speculating, you're doing exactly what the producers want.

Let it die until the sequel comes up.
Anyways, I haven't confirmed completely that r3 isnt/hasnt been aired, but everyone of my contacts up til now definitely says that R3 doesn't really exist yet.

yeah, we fans have a hard time accepting that especially from a great series like this one... just like DBZ AF haha

Ignoring whether Lelouch is alive or dead.. What would they actually make R3 about? Don't get me wrong, I loved Code Geass & would like to see more but unless they make up something miraculous then it'd be hard to continue on from R2 :(.

Aye there is a lot of BS about R3. AFAIK the only news I've heard about Geass is that side project, takes place in another country during the time of R2 (i think) but it won't have Lelouch etc in it :/
