Anyone heard of him? Hes been on E4 lately and basically just takes the total piss outta chavs. I'm guessing most people have heard of him but for you lot that haven't go to Official Devvo Site :: Chavs On Film and watch some of the videos, extremely funny.
BTW, mainly only people from the UK will find this funny...
