Well animecrazy.net is an option, most of the downloads there are at least 360p(From what I've downloaded anyway.) most of the animes there have up to 1080p as well.
I'll mention that some animes might not have any downloads though.

Well I'd say the irc Rizon is enough to get you most of the anime you want. But you may always need additional source if you ALWAYS wants it HD, or in certain case, the anime is just not up on Rizon.

Just login to your ftp account with file zilla, drag the folder with the anime name you want, into your desktop. Wait 2hours and they are all ready and collected. With its scanner, (You can download at its forum)
you can check for latest update of airing anime you are currently watching and the scanner will automatically download new episodes you haven't.
