I'm still stuck with Katawa Shoujo :p but that's because I don't have time.
There was one called Tsukuhime or something like that. I was playing it along with KS and it was pretty good if you ask me. I don't know if it has sexual content because I didn't go too far in the story. Also, it's an old one.

Anyone knows where I can find anime based ones?

KS is pretty good, just takes some time to read the whole story :P but i finished it within a week >.< one route only though...will do the other girls some other time

i dont know any that are anime based...but theres one that i know that has a hentai 'movie' as reference (or the other way round)

Raidy 1 pretty much sucks, i quitted half-way the game, but Raidy 2 is more easier and more disgusting towards the end xD

tbh the one with the scar doesnt look that great to me, she annoyed the shit out of me...i picked the beauty :) (no idea how i did it but yeah >.< )
she's a BBB, Blind Blonde Beauty and i'm sure she's got the biggest boobies of them all! (might be why i choose her without even realizing it!)

Oh yeah... she was my second choice. But i liked more the scarred one. She reminds me to Hinata, from Naruto. They were the ones who i liked more. I don't know why but the screamer one (pinky) gave me a bad feeling, and the one with her (the muted) was 'meh...'.
