well to be honest bleach has a cheesy-as-hell soundtrack when it comes to anime, so maybe this anime could be a rare one and have somewhat better music dubbed.
I did like the Voice acting for Vash. But I didn't like what I heard of Ichigo... though after skimming through reading parts of the interview of that guy who voices Ichigo I have to wonder... Can English voice actors actually do the voices BETTER but the ppl who hire them hold them back and MAKE them sound shitty?

...adult swim doesn't have the liscense to dub bleach, they own the rights to play it. That's 100% different (it's not like a william street show, in which yes they own that). Now Viz is the one who took Bleach in, and from what I've seen from Inuyasha they've done pretty good dubbing. Now Naruto....no comment on that dub crapfest that the voice actors molest you ears with their so called "voice talent"Quote:

Some people complain that Dubs take away from it....well Ive been watching alot of DBZ in Japanese lately and compared to the American version, all Ive noticed is some censorship issues and translation, but Im having more fun watching it in Japanese because Im learning at the same time and also some of the voices on the show I enjoy more than their English counter parts.
But in the long run guys watching it in Japanese does not make it better you just get to see the show in its original form. But if it were not for Dubbing does anyone think Anime would be so popular here or in any other coutries for that matter like Spanish countires? For example in the Dominican Republic there are two Anime only stations some shows subbed some dubbed.
And lastly unless you understand Japanese even with Subs your missing out, because lots of words dont translate in a word for word fashion...I learned this from my cousin who spent some time in Japan as part of an cultural exchange program.
P.S. I think Cowboy Bebop is an example of how good a Dubbing can be and sometimes better even the Spanish version is well done.
Meh... I will only ever appreciate Cowboy BeBops english voice-overs.
The style of anime fits perfectly for an english dub, and the voices themselves came across nice.
We all know the Bleach posers are going to bitch about how the dubs suck, since nobodies forced to watch it like that..
And for the post above me, you can't really say an alternate language dub is better than the other unless you yourself can fluently speak that language to pick out the cons and pros of the context..
I'm guessing that's why most people prefer the Japanese versions with sub-titles, since it's not full of low vocal tones.
yikes so many ppl taling about a little topic lol well i have heard the voice in english it isant that bad but its gonna b diffrent when i watch it in english sents i watch it in japanease i gess im gonna have to get used to it lol...well i gess everyone has there own opinyons on this and its up to the person who wants to watch it can watch it and every one who wants to watch it in japanease` its still good i gess its up to the person well im gonna go wit it both ways lol...
I like the japanese version better with english subs. How will english make it better? If its gonna be in english it will not be as funny! :D
