Fma 2?

Are they suppose to be that young?
Is Ed 12-13? I can't remember if he was the same age in FMA,
But I don't like the way Rose looks. :/ They changed her skin color.
Since its more like the manga and I've never read the manga, I hope someone who has can explain the age differences.

Yes they're the same age. Both of them are fairly young in both series, episode three of this new season explains that they are hardly teenagers by the time they become State Alchemists.
