I would say Green Green and Golden Boy in a pervented way. There are alot of other funny animes but those two stick out more.
Rune Soldier was kinda funny. Excel Saga definite and Magical Arcade, too. outlaw Star had its moments. Green Green....not so much for me :p. Ichigo 100%'s funny. lmao golden boy's just so damn perverted xD

Yakitate Japan... it's fucking hilarious! it's a cooking anime though but the ONE judge has HILARIOUS REACTIONS. the reactions are like from a variety of animes. for example when the judge tasted azuma's bread he turned into SSJ 2 and turned baldy into a freezer( from DBZ!)
then they had like a crazy battle. just watch it, it's good haha

Oh another one came to mind, this one is only 4 episodes long. It's called Dokuro-Chan, again this is also funny in a pervented way as well as in a violent way. ^^
