This dude is on the phone to the managers of his ISP - he was quoted 0.002 cents per kilobyte of traffic but he was charged 0.002 dollars. That's 100 times more than he should've been charged. During this phone call he cannot get these people to understand the difference between 0.002 cents and 0.002 dollars - it's infuriating.

I wouldn't even want to imagine what that conversation would have been like if the call center was in India. I still find it funny that he explained it to countless people but they couldn't understand.
