that's because you just listened to some songs of the minutes to midnight album

I don't think they will stop making new music any time soon, however I heard that some of the members of the group are doing side projects. For example, Chester has been recording an album with a group called Julien-K and the DJ was doing some film stuff. Mike Shinoda also did some stuff under the alias of Fort Minor some years ago.

I also heard that they are going to release an album soon with similar content as the Hybrid Theory and Meteora albums which will include the New Divide song.

The only thing their music has been good for was AMVs and helping dramatic endings for Transformer movies.
I must say Linkin Park was the first band I've ever listened to in the rock genre and it lead me to what I listen to now. But their music is just for kids. Their lyrics are just stuff children can relate to. What person their age actually can relate to their music without seeming childish.

Basically as long as Chester doesn't sing too much, it's all good.

What I've Done was one of Chester's half decent songs, Numb/Breaking The Habit weren't that bad in my opinion.

I agree, Chester isn't a bad singer at all. It's just that he's not singing the right way.

Also guys, like I've said, early 2010 is their set date for the new album
