Sigh this reminds me of something similar that went on when I was in High School. They had notices on the males and females bathroom doors,
Males said something similar to this, and the females said not to use the bathroom for your personal makeup salon. Though this wasn't a joke. people tended to be late getting to class because they was stuck in the bathroom masturbating or putting on makeup! haha.

Surely a joke, a good one though.
