My First Beat

Hey im just startin off as a producer finally i've had the program for like a year but i been practicing djing/scratching way more so i finally sat down and produced a beat. Anyone got any pointers?

I like this.
Small tip, try to change the pattern up every now and then, then go back to the original pattern.
I like the feel of it though.
What program did you use?

Thanks for comment ya i need to change it up more but that will come i think as i understand more of producing.

Reason 4 i bought it a while ago not a bad program just need a midi keyboad i use Axiom 25 its small but good :p

I think its pretty boring, tbh, however it sounds pro.
I'm into producing beats and stuff too, i've been at it for a few years now, you'll get better.

Thanks yeah i admit its boring too but i dont know how to add a umph or anything to keep you hooked. But ima keep makin em till i do :] I been workin on this 2nd one for a while maybe tonight ill post it

It's dull, and boring. But I guess that's fine since it's your first attempt. Eventually, adding "life" to the beat comes later on as you practice.
