If he gets a scouter, then that makes him a nooby version of Vegeta from an earlier DBZ episode.

Then again, it also would give him the ability to make power level comments to people -- "DarkKnightH20, your power level is scaring my scouterz". Oh yeah. That's right.

Not bad but you need the heart shape in the middle and some more hair.
