I think these are real, they will be laws that were made a very long time ago that are no longer enforced. For example, all black cabs in London are meant to have a hay bail in the boot.

lmao dude, you'd be surprised. some states have some crazy laws. one that i remember is you can't do your laundry outside while wearing shorts on a thursday. back in the day, the legal system felt the need to be all mighty i guess lol
