I've never had anyone be QUITE that arrogant to me when I've been helping them with a comp problem... usually people are really grateful.... if I ever had someone being that much of an ass I'd probably just send them a remote control app (wouldn't disguise it at all - after all, I need to be able to control their computer to help them, right? And the 'yeah just do it for me' attitude I suspect would be big among that crowd)... if their AV complained about it (as you would expect), they have a legitimate reason for disabling it... then, once we're in the comp, I'd start fixing but then 'have to go afk for a minute', leave him in control of the mouse/kb while I get his personal info from files on the puter, along with probably his dad/mum's credit card info, then after a few quick questions (oh oh I gotta go now, will you be home/on at X:XX time so I can finish it?), I'd know enough to:

- Report to the vigilante psychos at PETA that the kid is torturing a litter of kittens, and I'd be there at X:XX time to lead the way when they stormed the place for a valiant rescue,
- Inform the local Klan chapter or Fred Phelps fan club that a local gay satanic cult was initiating men and their next meet was at X:XX time at his address (those crazy people would actually believe in shit like that),
- Organise an all-male stripper troupe for the address at X:XX time AND
- Order a portable petting zoo, synchronised to arrive at the same time as the rest...

So when this all went down, I'd of course be miles away, but the fun would just keep on rolling even if they're good at talking their way out of stuff, since PETA would go bananas at the petting zoo ppl and Klan + strippers would probably have some interesting ideas to share as well - it could go on for hours, especially if PETA lays siege to the house demanding kittens lol

Okay maybe I wouldn't do all that. They'd have to be really rude. :bleh:

But I'd change his screensaver to something really crap maybe.
