Looks like it...but there aren't any. Except the millions of tiny dots put together to make those squares.

There will always seem to be 31 black dots when you look at a white dot.

If you focus on the white dot the 3 around it, don't appear black while the rest does. 7 x 5 = 35 - 4 = 31.

31 white dots, 31 black dots :)

When you look away from a specific dot, it looks black, when you look at one, it appears white. Man that hurts my eyes.

I counted them.

The picture is 492 pixels wide, and 378 pixels high.
Each white "line" is 10 pixels wide. The border on the left is 10 pixels wide, the border on the bottom is 10 pixels wide, the border on top is 15 pixels wide, and the border to the right is 11 pixels wide. All borders are white.

px = pixels

The picture is 492px * 378px = 185976 pixels.

Left border: 10px * 378px = 3780 white pixels.
Right border: 11px * 378px = 4158 white pixels.
Top border: 15px * (492px - 21px) = 7065 white pixels.
Bottom border: 10px * (492px - 21px) = 4710 white pixels.

Notice how I subtracted the areas already covered by the left and right border.

Each vertical line is 10px wide and (378px - 25px) high. There are 7 vertical lines.
353px * 10 * 7 = 24710 pixels (not black either).
Each horizontal line is 10 px high and (492px - 21px) wide. There are 5 horizontal lines.
471px * 10 * 5 = 23550 pixels (not black either).

24710px + 23550px = 48260px

So far so good.
The white dots have been counted twice (because I counted lines). There are 35 dots, each measuring 10px * 10 px.
We can therefore safely assume that 35 dots, each with an areal of 100 pixels equals 3500 pixels.

White pixels on borders: 19713px
White pixels on lines: 48260px - 3500px = 44760px
Total: 64473 white pixels.

Total area of picture = 185976 pixels.
And now that we have the total of white pixels, we can subtract that from the size of picture leaving only the amount of black pixels left.

185976 pixels - 64473 pixels = 121503 black pixels.

Therefore, there are 121503 black dots.

And yes, I was very, very bored.

It's pretty much a repost, and if you look at it from a distance, you can see there is no black dots.
