Live TV is never live, there is usually a ~30 second delay in case anything too graphic happens for TV, like that one vid where a guy killed himself and they didn't have the delay on.

If you watch from 28 to like 32, you can tell as he passes by his TV the car is still in a 4 laned road and not a residential area.
