Ok this is a very extensive alphabetical list of some of the anime I have seen that I would consider worth watching. Might seem like an Otaku :love: I have just spent my entire life watching anime and loving every second. ~^-^~ I hope you find some on this list that you enjoy as much as I have!!! :thumbup:

Cowboy Bebop ----->(utterly fantastic, one of the best animes in existence. Excellent story, great characters, deep plot, and features some of the best music I have ever heard from an anime. Some of Yoko Kanno's best work.)
Crest of the Stars ---->(slow but unique story)

Darker than Black ----->(watch season 1 and 2, great characters, loveable good-bad-guy protagonist, very unique storyline & very great animation)
Death Note ----->(fantastic. Extremely unique story, excellent protagonist character development, thickening plot that keeps you on edge, best subbed the dub takes away from the characters' personalities)

Elfen Lied ------>(dark sci-fi horror classic well worth the watch)
Ergo Proxy ------>(fantastic selection; unique plot, great characters & music)
Escaflowne ------>(classic, mecha, great story and unique animation techniques, epic soundtrack)

Furuba (Fruits Basket) ----->(cute, amazing, great story and characters)
Furi Kuri (Fooly Cooly) ------> (definitely a MUST SEE! utterly epic classic)
Full Metal Alchemist ---->(unique story, thickening plot, fantastic characters)
Full Metal Alchemist 2: Brotherhood ---->(NOT A SEQUEL!!! darker, more adult, excellent perspective based on the original manga Full Metal story, fantastic storytelling and depth of characters, definitely a must-see)
Fushigi Yuugi ----->(classic fantasy romance, good characters, interesting plot)

GANTZ ---->(by far one of the best, utterly unique, adult-themed, dark, sci-fi/horror/action, a MUST SEE)
Ghost in the Shell (movie) ---->(classic, dark sci-fi, a must see for ANY anime fan)
Ghost in the Shell SAC (Stand Alone Complex) ---->(more in-depth perspective on the original idea)
Gundam Wing ---->(classic must-see for any mecha fan, great characters and plot)

Hellsing --->(fun, unique, definitely a classic must-see with tons of historical fiction, vampires, and werewolves)
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni
Honey and Clover ---->(funny, loveable, great characters and story)

Inuyasha --->(classic from the creators of Ranma 1/2, a lot of fun, sci-fi fantasy, romance, action, and comedy)

Love Hina ---->(really fun, college-age comedy/romance)

Neon Genesis Evangelion ---->(a must-see! one of the best, excellent story, fantastic characters)

Onegai Teacher ---->(one of my personal favs, comedy/sci-fi/romance, very cute must-see)

Paranoia Agent ---->(horror, very unique)
Princess Lover --->(hilarious, very cute anime)
Princess Mononoke --->(a brilliant piece of work from Hayao Miyazaki, MUST-SEE for any true Otaku, with a brilliant story and fantastic characters, visually stunning)

Ranma 1/2 ---->(classic comedy/fantasy with a bit of romance, definitely a must see for any old-school anime fan)
Rurouni Kenshin ---->(one of my favorites, a series continuation of the life of the the protagonist from Samurai X)

Sailor Moon ---->(cute, lengthy story, utter classic, don't hate!)

Samurai X: Trust & Betrayal (OVA) --->(a personal favorite, fantastic story, heart-felt protagonist, instant classic and MUST SEE)
Scryed
Serial Experiments Lain --->(excellent story, one of my favs, very dark and deep)
Spirited Away --->(one of the best anime movies of all time, a must see classic from Hayao Miyazaki, visually EPIC)

Tenchi Muyo ---->(wonderfully cute classic I grew up with, must-see for the old-school anime lover)

Trigun ---->(fantastic story, Vash the Stampede is one of my favorite anime protagonists, a must-see classic with amazing music and great character developments throughout the series)
Trinity Blood ---->(a fantastic vampire anime, amazing characters, visually stunning animation, story keeps you on the edge of your seat)

Wolf's Rain

Yu-Yu Hakusho --->(another classic I grew up with, an old-school favorite)
