just wondering.. why are the arrancars evil(all hollows actually).. I mean, could they live in peace with shinigami? Or they HAVE to eat people to stay alive? If so, then Nel couldn't possibly ever be their ally etc..
I think it's because of that specific reason that they have to consume human souls to survive. Maybe in Nel's case it's like with the tiny hollows in Hueco Mundo, she ''eats'' the spirit particles in the air or sth.
I've never seen an arrancar devouring a human, well except Yammy..

Arrancars were previously normal hollows like the rest of them, with little mind of their own they started killing and absorbing other hollows. After a while they advanced to the adjuchas class, Aizen used the hougyoku to turn them into Arrancar, which also removed the requirement of having to continue absorbing other hollows, else they would become a gillian again.Quote:

arranccars ressureccion equals bankai? well maybe its true since arraccar r hollows who hav removed their mask wich makes them super strong. the vasto lordes (#1-4) r stronger than an average captain without removing their mask but when they do... major reiatsu. so really, the only ones who can handle the top 4 (yammy is no included cuz well, he sux) r the 3 top captains and the vaizards.
