I think those out-of-pose Cero-s are just a part of being immensely powerful, who knows, maybe Barragan can do it also, we just haven't seen him.
Anyways, about the anime, I loved the episode because of the Kyoraku and Stark fight, they're so carefree :love:

Kyoraku has 2 different ones, and judging by the name, they can be 2 different souls.
actually i believe ukitake and kyourakus swords may be 2 diffrent bodies but r 1 soul. dont think of the swords as 2 seperate wholes cuz theyr not, theyr just 2 parts of the same whole.
