MangaStream are the highest quality scanlators atm for the big three so I'd guess they will always be faster than others that take their releases... (Bleachget shows the watermark)
What's so hard about getting manga/anime from the source now-a-days? (torrent + RSS for Bleach will likely always be the fastest)
