I don't know, but it wouldn't suprise me if the medical nin with him could do it... (twas what I read in a spoiler), but also both the Raikages ninja were suprised he would sacrifice an arm.
I find it funny how they made the samurai's sound bad ass, but in reality they look like they're worthless, so much hype.......

Actually the anime is better for most everything...the story is basically the same if you skip fillers and the action is obviously much better....Really if it weren't for filler I'd give anime the nod. Anyway I think you need to put the samurai in perspective and not compare them to a Naruto, Sasuke, or Kage level. Another thing to think about are they really protecting Danzo? I would argue they are simply protecting all the people at the summit including those from their respective villages so she is just trying to get rid of the fugitive (Sasuke).

Reattachment and regeneration are two completely different things. It is subjective, but the fact the anime adds crap loads of crap into it is undeniable, which is why I like the manga much better; watching half the fillers in Naruto has almost stopped me watching back in the day; probably the same for a few others too. It does show that Raikage is a bit too hasty and tends to act before thinking, but he doesn't show any regrets as of yet. Plus he's a kage, they're not just chosen from their power, but for their wisdom too (I think they said that in the show?). And I know this show isn't exactly about proper ninjas, but I remember hearing Kakashi say that ninjas train to shed all emotional ties with comrades, something you think the highest class of ninja would have done.Quote:

Wonder if they'll show the effects it has on his vision. He used the Mangekyo quite some bit. My guess for why he's capturing the tailed beasts is to replenish his Sharingan or to get his power back, I honestly think he's a ghost or something, just the way he's never used any techniques (by techniques I mean through the use of hand seals). He just appears and disappears at will, there's some pretty interesting theories that the only reason Madara sent Sasuke to the 5 kages meeting is too lose. So he'd crave more power, power only Madara could give to him. The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Madara would then take Sasukes eyes and use the power for his own. But, that's just a theory. Not really. Though Kisame may have chakra levels to the level of a Jinchuriki, Killer bee is the only Jinchuriki who can control his Bijuu perfectly, as was said recently when describing him as the perfect host.

Something I've been meaning to bring up since I viewed the latest manga chapter is: Is Fu (Danzos bodyguard) a member of the Yamanaka clan (The clan with Ino in), he seems to have that mind transfer(?) jutsu down, hen he switched Ao with the dummy (rendering his body inoperable).
yea his body guard was talking like if danzo dies there is a way to take that eye and put it into his body and danzo could take his body over.
