well, you seen obito before? seen madara before? madara's hair was much different from Tobi's hair. But Obito's hair is very alike. They say obito died, from some rocks that fell on him or something, but he could have used sharingan to transport the rocks to a different space/dimension.
+ Tobi's left eye is covered, and Obito gave his left eye(sharingan) to Kakashi, to replace the one he lost. ( injured.) Madara... it just don't fits, how could Madara be still alive, he fought with the 1st Hokage, so he must be damn freaking old. I'm just guessing, pointing out stuff, lol so don't flame me if it's wrong. haha

lol no, tobi isn't that old :\. and Obito is around kakashi's age. teammates, and tobi don't look THAT old, lol.

madara could of used sharingan to warp himself into the future

Madara has a special power to keep him alive.(hasnt been known yet) *It something to do with his Sharingan, or something.
