The 'gutsy ninja' was even named Naruto lol, so when he mentioned it again it didn't have such an impact. But if you're on about the part I think you are that was just a flash back to when Nagato was Jiraiya's student not actually part of the book, though the book was influenced by Nagato's words.Quote:

I got a feeling since Nagato looks like he is almost dead he is going to give Naruto his eyes, since Nagato has the same eyes as the legendary sage and naruto has learned the way of the sage it makes sense. Mandara will probably show up and finish off Nagato, Naruto will unleash a new technique causing Mandara to flee, Sasuke will get jealous and start plotting on how to get stronger. What bothers me about Naruto is that it almost has the same plot as DBZ, main character gets beaten around then gains a new power to win the fight, will Naruto end the same as DBZ is what im curious about.
I agree with the fact Naruto is similar to DBZ, but the points you gave don't match; Naruto gets his ass kicked sometimes but always uses the same jutsu's over and over. Naruto following the path of the toad sage and Nagato following the ways of the sage of six paths has no similarities what-s-ever apart from the word sage, lol. I too was wondering if Nagato would die before the end of this arc, as well as if Madara would be the one to do so. Thoguh I doubt Naruto would be able to make Madara flee by force after his battle with Pain.Quote:

Yeah lol, don't see how he could still be mad at his dad though, he would do the same. But at least his dad got some closure and was able to move on, eh? (Though it doesn't really effect the storyline). Can't wait for the next few chapters to be honest; I really want to know what power Itachi gave Naruto... Anybody have a theory about it? :P

The manga is much better, I recommend it to you (I never thought reading it would be better tbh until I started). I'm currently glad that the fillers in Shippuden are coming to an end, this one was terrible, I honestly forgot where to the storyline is at the moment >_<.Quote:

wow, i decided to read the manga. Looks like the anime took out some parts. Like sasuke killing orochimaru
No, it just hasn't got around to that part of the storyline yet. The anime doesn't miss out something that significant to the storyline :P. And Nagato was dying anyway, it was just a matter of time, so atleast he did something helpfull in his last few minutes and I doubt Sasuke will try to kill anyone (other than the village elders + Danzou), he doesn't have the cold-heart to do so, though his gang may.
lol. i just read till chapter 395. The part where Naturo and his peeps are fighting tobi.
