btw. 3 people who are able to use it are: Madara, Itachi and Kakashi.
Sasuke haven't killed Naruto yet. or a Close Friend. so his Sharingan is the normal one.

who knows...maybe theres another way to obtain it which kakashi will explain in the future...

Madara gained EMS by takeing his bro's MS = 2 MS + Kakashi + Itachi = 4 MS in Naruto so far meaning Sasuke wouldn't be the "3rd" that Itachi said earlier (Madara + Itachi then Sasuke)
Just saying that just because it says one thing doesn't make it true...

Personally hopeing that Tobi ends up not to be Madara, maybe instead it's his little bro that took his MS...
Tbh I'd love a twist like that instead of it just being more or less confirmed Tobi=Madara

2. Akatsuki's leader kills 6 people

-> not yet confirmed, however I think Pain did kill "6" people including Jiraiya. The other 5 would be Pain's bodies.

3. Sasuke and Itachi's fight will cause chaos; Uchiha, Uchiha Madara's secrets are revealed and all the skills of the MS will be revealed. The fight will end with death of one.
