Madara is centuries older and Obito being alive even after a rock fell on him explains how he's mastered Space time jutsu.

Actually, Madara would be about 100 if that (Assuming Madara was the same age as Hashirama (First Hokage), who was Tsunades granfather; she's 53, guessing her parents had her when they were 25 and the same assumption with her parents parents'). Though it could be less as he says about Konohas creation was 'More than eighty years ago'. And while the Space/Time jutsu of you holds, it would make no sense because why would he let Kakashi have his sharingan? Why would he pretend to be crushed? I think I raised this point a few pages back about Madara acquiring more of a time influenced Space/Time justu, but it just makes more sense that he's just old as fuck at the mo.

I was thinking, if not Obito, if not Madara, perhaps its a Plot of Sasuke's father?

At young age, Sasuke can be deceived easily using Sharingan. Itachi himself is capable of creating lies using Mangekyo.
As also stated that a Coup d' eta was planned out by their father. Sounds like a motive to me.
And about Madara's story, hes Father probably have read it all in their secret base (underground meeting place) where their Clan's history was written.
He probably used it as hes escape goat.
As for Itachi, he knew how Itachi's feelings towards Sasuke. He probably also have anticipated that "mission" given by Konoha to annihilate the Uchiha Clan. Therefore, he probably have also used that as perfect excuse to hide himself in the shadows.
Also, after Uchiha Clan's annihilation, Akatsuki was introduced to us.
Also, none of us or afaik saw what Jutsu their Father is capable of.

You know danzo has the sharingan eye all over his hand right, but before he fights sasuke they actually already showed his eyes.
If you look carefully in the manga chapter where danzo appoints his bodyguards, the last page for that chapter actually shows a big spoiler for the upcoming naruto chapters.
Danzo says: it will be good for my right hand and eye... If you had looked closer at his hand, you can actually blurly see sharingans on danzo's hand.

If Kisame saw its Mizukage under the mask, its probably a Kawarimi Jutsu or something or perhaps, hes under influenced of Sharingan.
In Manga & in anime, their parent's body wasn't really shown to us (viewers) if its dead or something. Theres no telling if their still alive.It's possible but they saw the body of sasuke's dad?
As it was shown, Itachi was standing while holding a Katana and their parent's body lies beneath him. Its possible that its already an Illusion when Sasuke arrived. Remember, during that time, Itachi himself gain Mangekyo so its easier for him to manipulate reality.
It is also highly possible that IF Madara is Sasuke's father, he's probably following the footsteps of the Real Madara years ago. I don't believe about Itachi doing hes mission to kill all Uchiha in hes own will.
If that so, then perhaps Itachi was already influenced or rather knew what hes father had planned instead of following the original plan of Coup d' eta.
In order to do that, they both knew they have to sacrifice themselves from being a good guy to a villain and Pick Sasuke as their new upcoming leader to Lead the rise of Uchiha Clan in future.
tbh, I don't like Sasuke but this makes sense to me why he haven't been killed during the night of annihilation. His father foresaw the capability of Sasuke to lead the new Uchiha. I think.
I don't know what you mean sorry. I think it's safe to say we all know Danzo has sharingan over his right arm, but when he first said he needed Kabuto to fix his arm I thought it was just because he had transplanted Shisui Uchihas arm onto his own (Hence for Ao, at the summit, saying that he recognized the chakra from his eye and right arm from Shisui.)
The Mizukage at the point wasn't actually Tobi, he was just controlled by him using the sharingan technique Danzo and Shisui could use (Controlling peoples minds without them knowing)
Ok here's what I think from reading "some" of the manga and watching the anime:
Sasuke's parents are both dead Itachi did indeed kill them before using his Mangekyou sharingan on Sasuke.
Obito right side was crushed by the falling rock leaving his left eye exposed which Kakashi then took so it would be impossible for him to use that space/time jutsu plus its hard to believe at such a young age back then Obito would be able to use that Jutsu even with the 4th Hokage as their sensei so imo Tobi is Madara Uchiha. He was believed to have died a long time ago after a battle with the first Hokage.
From the recent anime episodes Madara explained to Sasuke how his brother Itachi was ordered by the Hokage and elders to kill everyone in the Uchiha clan but there's way to that, in a previous episode Itachi hinted to Sasuke that he didn't do it alone(had help from Madara Uchiha possibly)

By the looks of things, much to my pleasure. It looks like we're going to learn a bit more about Itachi (Thank God!) and it looks like he's helping Sasuke once more! :D
EDIT: Ok, I guess I left it a bit too late to post a hint to the spoiler. But anyway it was a good chapter, didn't see that Itachi things coming, hopefully he'll kick some ass (He's my favourite character :P)

Word. I got suspicious about Itachi when Sasuke summoned a bird, I always connected Itachi with birds (Mainly crows). But I agree, while I do like him, I'd be happy with him still dying, although he was killed by disease and it's seen that he was killed by Sasuke, I see that as a good death.
I heard its really Itachi somehow that "tap" he gave Sasuke on his head, he transferred himself to him...so weird.
And about Madara, he is using Obito's body.
If that's so, Itachi pulled out Orochimaru in Sasuke's body so he can implant himself?
@ Axa_Gus, I don't know if I've posted this here, but I thought that Itachi sealed parts of him remaining powers in Sasuke with that tap, similar to how the Fourth Hokage sealed a bit of himself in Naruto.
@master_unknown- No he removed Orochimaru to free Sasuke of the curse mark and I guess getting rid of orochimaru in the process to prevent him from ever taking over Sasuke's body.
Edit: Also to awaken the mangekyou sharingan in Sasuke(Orochimaru was the closest person to him)
@ownage- Yeah power would be better word to describe it, though I heard Itachi will come back to life somehow, don't ask where I got it from :D
