They rushed these episodes way too much... at least in the novel you got more development between Yui/ Kirito x Asuna.
We are like halfway through the season and they have almost went through both light novels... grrr
Thats why novel > anime...
If you had read infinite stratos and then watching the anime (as i did) you'd be SHOCKED at how much information they skipped and important stuff they missed...
Most of campione's scenes are all half fcked up and rushed in the anime too...

These are our predictions.

If your friend's theory is correct I'll be pissed. Trying to go through all of the LN material i.e. ALO, GGO, and UW would be a huge mistake considering the success of Accel World.
For those who don't know - Both SAO and Accel World were written by Kawahara Reki. With Accel World taking place 24 years after SAO. The UW arc actually has the first use of the accelerated technology. I haven't read all of the AW light novels yet but my personal theory is that Kirito is the creator of brain burst.
If that's correct, then if they beat the game will they meet kirito + asuna? tht'd be dopee
That's my theory at least.
In the Accel World light novels one of the volumes (I don't remember what one it was, I'll have to find where I boxed them up) were a bunch of side stories and there was a crossover between the two series. In the story Kirito and Haruyuki actually duel each other, and Haruyuki talks about the SAO era.
Considering that neither of these series will fully cover their respective arcs I could imagine some crazy tie in with Kirito being the creator of Brain Burst. Or one could even hope for the Versus story in an OVA or OAD.
That is definitely quite a theory you have there. I saw a few ties in the show of course (when watching AW) that everyone should of caught. The one that comes most to mind was when he was trying to find the reason in which a person could stay off of the Duel list, he started researching other methods of "Diving In". In the research they had the helmet from SAO, Nerve Gear, listed as like a "First-Gen" system.Quote:
