    punk songs have meaning?

    i thought punk was about rebelling against society, then in the mid 90s death metal began to come around and made 2 new genres crustcore and grindcore.

    grindcore: just noise, nothing else, as rebellious as it gets.

    crustcore: mix of punk beats with well death metal.
