Besides someone doesn't have to be part of the team to be in the movie, many alliances were made between superheroes to defeat a greater enemy, they can basically do what they want because anything is possible really.
That said, the rights are owned by different companies, so it's hard to say if it would happen or not, but it's definitely possible.

It would, but it's impossible to predict if they would include him as I said the rights belong to different companies (Disney and Sony).
I guess it might be down to how well this movie does, in the end it's all about money, if this Spidey is popular and gets them shitloads of money, then I'm sure they can get it done.

Remaking it for TRIDIII (3D)

This is one of the films that I believe that should have only brought two out, even then the story line eventually got boring. This to me, looks pretty much like the first one, not to mention that the story line in all of them have been pretty much the same. Bit by a spider > Saves from some silly characters > Fall in love.. It's the same and always will be. I do hope this is the last one otherwise I think it would get boring if they brought out a new one after this.

How would the storyline eventually get boring? Have you got any idea how many Spidey comics there are? They've got shitloads of quality materials, why do you think these movies are so good, it's because the writers have been working on these characters for decades.

Yes this 1 will be quite the same as the first one, but with some luck the next ones will have different stories from the other movies.

Never been a fan but might watch it :P

Looks cool? The sequence where he jumps across the buildings and dressed like Spiderman looks like an Xbox game instead of movie. They should have spent money on expensive PC to render it out better :|

Anyways back to topic, Looks terrible, There is no chance of this being better then the first. The third is probably just as shitty as this. I hate how they bend the storyline too, like they have the choice to. There is the one storyline, and the one movie that everyone loved. If they insist on making money from renewing titles, why not make the original in 3D? Or Bluray? Idk if this has already happened but I am sure theres other ways. I truley wish they could stop trashing good titles.

Oh and they ruined it with the new mary jane.

This one will surely be better than #2 and #3 with Tobey Maguire. This one looks like it has more of a comedic touch, and it looks like it touches more on the background of Peter Parker, like his parents and stuff.

If they bring in some decent Spiderman villains, and stick to some of the awesome plots in the comics, this film will be awesome.

yeah I'm wondering too, why make a remake? It's not that old...
I understand Titantic and other movies getting a remake because it's at LEAST 15+ years old
Regardless, I'm watching it and see what the comparison is...oh and guy doesn't look that good as spiderman...

My mind cannot be free. My teachers have locked it up. :( It's just that, Spider-man just.. can't be him. I'm so used to the older actor. HE feels like a spider-man. This new guy feels like a shiny vampire spider-man, but okay.. I don't judge right away. I shall wait till it comes out. :banghead:
