I like everything in that second one except the melody... it doesn't flow very well. other then that I like the song.

Yeah, some like the style some dont ;), I hate metallica or rock w/e, its just different for everyone.

I made it with FruityLoops 6 Producer Edition XXL :P, nice program, easy to handle and is pretty good.

The first one's pretty dull, and sounds a bit wierd :P
The second one's sounds a bit better, although the intro melody doesn't go really well with the rest.
