Seen the first episode, a few deaths already, good episode in my opinion but I really hope this isn't another season 3 (I thought that it was a bit boring compared to the other two seasons), next episode looks good :)

Excellent way to start the season. The new disease from the pigs seems quite interesting actually, because Daryl eat some of the pig, but seemed untouchable to the symptoms that occur. However, Patrick seemed vulnerable to the disease and died at the end of the episode. Let's not forget to mention that the women in the forest was weird too. :P:

The woman in the forest scene was in the Walking Dead game....sort of...a guy had his wifes zombie head in a bowling ball bag... :)
As for the show...I feel no matter what I would have felt disappointed due to the fact that I was so waiting for the season to start that I think I overhyped it for myself...
It's good to see alot of new faces....means diversity to the story.
Daryl as a cop?!?!?! HA!!!
I don't understand Rick's thing with guns now....did I forget something from last season?

It might be because Carl shot Lori in the head to prevent her from turning.
I also agree, I overhyped it I think, I thought of Season 4 as similar to Season 1 (my favorite, hands down) and I really hope the series picks up a little.

First of all my theory was that the virus or whatever Patrick had got turned him into a Zombie without being bitten, but now it's pretty clear he died and then transformed. The pigs carry a virus, that is what I observed.

It was revealed that when ANYONE dies they turn into a zombie. EVERYONE is infected. Milton? hello? He wasn't bitten either. (and some others too, but that was pretty recent).
So your whole theory is blown based on that. Something was up with the pig that got sick and died - was it causing the people to get sick and die? perhaps, but there are other things going on as well.

I think Rick is getting over his emotional problems. You know he was doing some crazy shit, seeing crazy shit, and then at the end of last season he stepped down as the leader - this all ties in with his thing with the guns, he just didn't want to kill the zombies anymore, he didn't want the responsibility of being in charge, and he's also concerned about his son. Carl shot that living person without reason, Carl seemed pretty pissed when the group from woodbury came back to the prison, and I think Rick wants Carl to be more of a kid.
So at the end of episode two, they both pick up their guns again, we'll see if Carl can be more balanced, and Rick can return, because Rick was a good leader.

Who do you think was feeding the rats to the zombies at the fence?
Why would they do such a thing, since they were obviously on the inside - and it would jeopardize their safety as well. (as it created a pile up of zombies that almost took the fence down).
Do you think that person is the same person who burned the other two people?
If not, who do you think did that?

Yes I have seen the end of the first season when the crazy CDC guy tells him that everyone is infected and I believe when someone dies the infection is no longer being held back by the immune system. In case I wrote my theory to what I have in my head incorrectly "I believe an infection being carried by the pigs, not related to the zombie virus is killing people, and when they die the everyone is infected theory by the CDC guy turns them! I know that everyone turns if they die. I just didn't make it clear that I knew that. (Which I didn't think I needed too..)

The latest episode was very interesting, I had a feeling that Carol killed and burned the 2 people. What I really wanna talk about though is the ending where Daryl, Tyreese, Michonne and Bob are left in what seems in the middle of a forest with thousands of walkers around them. Do you think they'll all make it back alive or will someone perish before returning back to the prison?

Probability of them dying and turning was almost 100% - so, in all honesty, she hasn't done anything which is majorly wrong. She tried to stop the virus from spreading, but she failed.

Loved the episode, glad to see the team back on the road and not just sitting in the prison, but also, that horde! Maybe it will follow them back to the prison? looked hundreds strong. by Ty and that hammer doe, ruled that gathering; knew he wasn't going to die, but it was awesome suspense - was he going to get bit? Don't want Sascha or Glen to die - but I have a feeling Glen does die this season, you see Maggie in the trailer (for the season) emotional, and ready to shoot, maybe it's glen? or beth, maybe hershal.
Carl is also becoming much better - getting more from his character, last three seasons he will a little shit.
Loved this episode 4/5.
