High wind did not cause this.. It happened a few weeks ago. I live in Denmark.

The brakes failed, so it just kept accelerating. It's extremely uncommon for the brakes to fail, and if you live more than 50meters from the windmill, you're safe.

So the reason the thing decapitated in mid-air as shown on the 3rd slow motion video was because it didn't have its breaks lol. I don't think so, i think the reason it was spinning so fast was because it breaks failed.

So you see. I winz. You phail. It decapitated because the gear box broke, making the break not work. Therefore due to the high wind the WING decapitated and broke to pieces as you see on the 3rd video!.
