American-made anime isn't "cartoons", its 'americanime', which is a more suitable term, as most of it is crap. the word 'cartoon' implies something of a small level of quality. Americanime does not. Anime is actually an artstyle, and the japanese anime is known as 'Japanimation' or 'Japanime'.

angelz4697 about tenjou tenge the story itself is good both in anime and manga but the anime choose the worst possible part to drag and end the story at....hence most ppl classify it as overall bad.
