Badges to be Discontinued

After months of gathering feedback from the community and various in-company discussions, it is with much sadness that we announce that as of tomorrow, badges will be discontinued.
Badges have long played an important role in Habbo Hotel, and thousands of Habbos all over the world have spent time and energy collecting these stamps of pride.
As the years have passed, however, it has been apparent that some Habbos have developed an unhealthy dependecy on acquiring these badges, and it has reached a point where action must be taken.
We understand that this may cause some frustration, but it is a vital step towards ensuring that the Habbo environment is a safe and enjoyable one. Read below for additional info:

When will badges be discontinued?
As of right now we will not be issuing any more badges as prizes for games, mazes etc.
What happens to achievement badges and such?
Achievement badges will continue until the 30 of April. After that time no further achievement badges will be issued. Please make sure that you have earned all achievement badges you wanted by then, as there will not be any exceptions.
What about the badges I have on my account?
Badges that you have already earned are yours to keep.
But I love playing games for badges. What game prizes will you replace them with?
No worries, there'll be other prizes such as Builders club and Habbo Club membership as well as credits.
