Simple steps to stay 'safe';
- Buy your domain at KatzGlobal.com(They don't require any personal information).
- Don't use any ads or similar things that can point to you. (Google Ads mm.)
- PayGol with fake information, not really safe but PayGol don't care.
- Buy your server from Voxility or HostKey(Voxility have much better support and uptime).
But you are never safe.

I was more talking about I heard serval retros went over to a Russia VPS because if they send something to the host they won't do anything against it since they don't care about it.
The host won't do anything about it, that doesn't save you though.
But, as long as they don't give out personal data, and they can't get you, you're safe?

It's no use unless you move to Russia with the server.It will delay you from getting anything as far DMCA or Cease & Desist, but it will still eventually happen because they'll dig up as much information as they can on you until they find you. They're like the Liam Neeson of the internet.
